Group Fitness workouts can be adjusted in weight and mechanics. Our strength and conditioning classes are designed and coached so that all members can jump into a class to increase intensity or spend time focusing on weaknesses without compromising their main goal.
Our programming is scalable to the experience and fitness levels of any woman, whether you are a fitness beginner or an experienced athlete. This is why Crowned Fit is loved by all women.
A certified coach will guide you through movement instruction and demonstration for the workout followed by a warm-up. Your coach will supervise movements performed during the workout. Every class ends with a cool down geared towards the focus of that day.
Monday: Upper Body Focus
Tuesday: Cardio & Core
Wednesday: Booty & Core Focus
Thursday: Full Body
Friday: Lower Body Focus
Saturday: Full Body Supersets (High reps, low weights)
Sunday: Strength & Tempo

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
